Sean Wydner is an experienced attorney and trial lawyer with 14 years of litigation practice in criminal and civil courts throughout Florida. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, Sean served six years at the State Attorney’s Office in Broward County, where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, including DUI, theft, fraud, and attempted murder.

Sean’s primary focus is in eminent domain and inverse condemnation. He also assists individuals and businesses with zoning, land use, code compliance issues, contract disputes, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, and criminal defense. After his time at the State Attorney’s Office, Sean served over seven years at the Florida Department of Transportation as lead trial counsel in eminent domain actions, working closely with Department officials and experts.
